Our recruitment process
20 min “get to know” call
The first call agenda covers an intro to UpHill, our needs, the candidate’s background and ambitions, and a short Q&A.
After, if you’re a fit, you will receive a challenge and will be invited to discuss the proposed solution with the team.
45 min “bar raiser” call
The final call with the founders and the area manager. If we are positive you will have impact on and fitness with UpHill, we will make a solid offer that you will have 24 hours to accept.
