How it works

Before the clinician opens the case, our system has already interviewed the patient, pulled their history, reasoned through clinical protocols, and prepared a summary with recommended actions.

  1. Step 01 — Connect

    Pull everything the hospital already knows.

    Before the patient is contacted, the system connects to existing infrastructure and retrieves what matters such as history, medications, labs, allergies or prior episodes.

  2. Step 02 — Interview patient

    Conversation to structure.

    The patient responds, talks, and the conversation adapts in real time based on the clinical protocol. Structured facts are captured from the conversation and passed to the clinical engine that moves to new questions.

  3. Step 03 — Reason

    Multiple pathways are considered and a final care plan is assembled.

    A patient might have diabetes, a recent knee surgery, and a new acute complaint. The engine evaluates all the relevant pathways simultaneously and assembles a single care plan from the full patient picture.

  4. Step 04 — Review and Act

    From async approvals to real-time help.

    The clinician opens the board and sees all patients, their status, and what's needed. Reviews the prepared case, updates it, and one-click approves orders with info write-back to the EHR.
